TXHomeCosts ("we," "us," or "this site") provides free calculators for estimating Texas property tax, closing costs, and mortgage payments. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it's used.
Everything you type into the calculators — home value, county, exemptions, loan terms — stays in your browser. We use it only to compute the estimates on the page; we don't send it to our servers or store it. The "Copy shareable link" feature encodes your inputs directly into the URL you copy and share. We don't see or store that link unless you send it to us.
